Do I need to choose between feature packages?
No. The standard Blueprint Studio plan includes the complete application, including QuickBooks Online, Harvest, client payments, selections, deposits, purchasing, budgets, and invoicing.
How are additional users priced?
Your first user is included in the base subscription. Each additional user is $50 per month, or $500 per year when billed annually.
What does annual billing include?
Annual billing provides the same complete product and saves the equivalent of two months compared with monthly billing.
Is onboarding and training included?
Yes. Guided onboarding and personalized training are included and tailored to your firm’s team size, workflow, and rollout needs. More involved data migration, custom configuration, or consulting can be scoped separately.
When would I need custom pricing?
Custom pricing is intended for organizations with specialized migration, configuration, rollout, or implementation requirements beyond the standard onboarding process—not simply because they have more users.
